PRIME CONSULTING Tomasz Tlałka develops selected organisational, creative and technological concepts through prototyping, testing and assessing their usefulness.
These activities are carried out in stages. The direction, scope and decisions concerning any further use of the results remain under human control.

PRIME OS is PRIME CONSULTING's internal work-organisation model, covering principles, roles and tools that support knowledge management and quality control.
In selected tasks, we use AI tools to support research, content, audits and information structuring. Their use depends on the process and remains under human control.
