Quality and safety standards

• Version control: working materials are separated from approved versions.
• Clear responsibility: it is clear who comments and who makes the final decision.
• Content and format checks: scope, files and agreed requirements are reviewed.
• Human-in-Command: digital tools may support work but do not take over responsibility.
• Approval before publication: assets are handed over or published after approval.
• Asset protection: transfer and storage methods are agreed for the project.

Final files are handed over, sent or published after scope control and responsible approval.
